AZ Youth Volleyball ( AZYV) Is a league created in the Far West for kids that want to play volleyball on a continual basis and want to advance their skills and possibly play at a higher level. AZYV Is associated with several local volleyball clubs who would give players a chance to further develop their skills and play in tournaments throughout area as well as state. In recent years there as been a growing demand for Volleyball, but with recent goverment cutbacks in sports programs some City Recreation Leagues only offer the more popular sports like Flag Football, Soccer, Baseball and Basketball and the leagues that do offer volleyball locally are either costly or there is no way to further advance your child if he/she is ready to play at higher level. AZYV is a recreation league and though it offers kids to play at higher levels the league welcomes all skill levels from 3rd - 8th grade, as well as kids that just want to play for fun, or who just want to try a different sport. AZ Youth Volleyball is strictly a volleyball league that concentrates solely on volleyball, our league director is totally accesible six days per week and phone calls will be retuned within a timely manner. The league is based in Southwest Valley and will offer play year round.
